The 12,000 seat Verizon Wireless Amphitheater at Encore Park opened for music events in the summer of 2008. Run by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, the park includes the amphitheater, an education center and a visual and performing arts center. Encore Park is located on the west side of GA Route 400 on Westside Parkway.

The Architectural Control Committee oversees conformance with the relevant HOA covenants. All structural additions and modifications must be reviewed by the committee prior to implementation. This includes significant alterations to landscaping as well as changing of exterior structure colors when repainting.
